Welcome to DECO

I have written a 2 page proposal which should now be with you all. As you will see the proposal is fairly sketchy but I think there is enough to start off a discussion and think about new members who might like to join us. In writing the proposal I have found two phrases important one is 'design consciousness', the other is 're-learning'. I think these are two concepts that are worth exploring. So lets see where the discussion goes...
